Re-ward Club Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Re-ward Club (The Club, we or us). When you join Re-ward Club, you are bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document, so please have a read through before you click submit on www.re-ward.me or send in an application form.

When you use the Re-ward Club website, you are subject to the terms of access for its use.
1. Collecting Re-ward Club Tokens
1.1 You will collect 1 token for every £10 you spend on qualifying purchases over a minimum spend of £4.50. Tokens will be given to you when you make a purchase by our partner retailer.

1.2 A maximum of 5 tokens will be given per transaction.
1.3 In general, a qualifying purchase will include having items repaired, hiring a household item, shopping in a charity shop, buying second-hand and buying recycled products. Full details about qualifying purchases can be found at www.re-ward.me and in the participating retailers. Changes to this can be made at any time.
1.4 Tokens will not be awarded for products or services that are not part of Re-ward Club.
1.5 Re-ward Club will make checks with retailers to verify a purchase has been made. You will only be able to redeem your tokens for a voucher if we can prove you have been issued with the tokens presented for redemption. We cannot be responsible for any delay, failure, or error by a partner retailer in notifying us that a token has been issued.
1.6 Re-ward Club may cancel tokens at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent monetary value.
1.7 If you forget your Re-ward Club card, you will only be able to collect 1 token against your purchase when you give your name and postcode or membership number to the retailer.
1.8 Tokens have no value until converted into a Re-ward Voucher. You need to collect 10 tokens to be eligible to exchange these for a Reward Voucher.
2. Re-ward Vouchers
2.1 You can apply for a Re-ward Voucher after collecting 10 Re-ward tokens.
2.2 Vouchers will be posted to your home address within 5 working days of Re-ward Club receiving your request to exchange your tokens for a voucher.
2.3 Partner retailers will only accept vouchers if they are in-date and have not been damaged, defaced, copied, altered or previously redeemed.
2.4 Re-ward Vouchers are valid until 30 June 2013.
2.5 If you choose to donate the value of your voucher to one of the selected local community groups, you will not be issued a voucher, the money will be given directly to that organisation.
3. Use of Data
3.1 You shall provide Re-ward Club with your personal information i.e. name, address and contact details for you to participate in the Re-ward Club.
3.2 We will send you regular updates from Re-ward Club, including telling you about changes to the places you can collect tokens and anything else that will help you get the most from Re-ward Club. We may also ask you to participate in surveys to help us improve Re-ward Club and see how we’re doing.
3.3 The personal information you provide may be shared with your local Council, with your permission. We will not share your personal details with anyone else.
We are committed to ensuring that your personal information is used properly and is kept securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
4.1 The Re-ward Club is operated by West London Waste Authority (WLWA) from our office address at Mogden Works, Mogden Lane, Isleworth, TW7 7LP. Please do not send any correspondence to this address.
4.2 To participate in the Re-ward Club, you must be a resident in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames or the London Borough of Brent and be aged 16 years or over. Your membership of Re-ward Club will end if you are no longer a resident of either of these boroughs.
4.3 You need to tell The Club if your contact details change, as we send out vouchers and information to your home address. We are not responsible for any loss of vouchers or token value and will not replace anything sent to you if you haven’t told us about a change in details.
4.4 Re-ward Club tokens and vouchers can only be collected or spent at shops that are part of the Club.
4.5 It is your responsibility to keep your Re-ward Club card, tokens, vouchers and website log-in details safe.
4.6 The Re-ward Club card should only be used by the member who is named on the card or their immediate family.
4.7 Members of the same family living in the same household shall be eligible to apply for a joint account.
4.8 You can leave the scheme at any time, but you will not be able to redeem the tokens after the date you leave the Re-ward Club.
4.9 Re-ward Club can cancel, withdraw or alter the Club, including these terms and conditions and an individual account, at any time.
4.10 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these terms and conditions, but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
4.11 Any intellectual property rights existing in and to the Re-ward Club, the Rewards and any character or trading names associated or used in the Re-ward Club or in relation to the Rewards are and shall remain the property of WLWA.
