Who they are…

The William Wilberforce Trust (WWT) runs an Employment and Enterprise project where furniture is collected, restored and resold. WWT is part of the London Re-use Network and their warehouse in Brentford is staffed by volunteers on their Employability Programme.

What they do…

The William Wilberforce Trust furniture social enterprise runs a 16 week work experience program for members of the local community who have significant barriers to employment. The employability programme helps mainly ex-offenders, ex-addicts or previously homeless individuals gain relevant work experience through training and mentoring while working in the furniture warehouse.

How donations are going to be used…

The donations from Re-ward Club members will contribute towards the upkeep of the warehouse and the staffing team on the project.

How to donate to William Wilberforce Trust…

Reward Club members can donate any vouchers they have to WWT. If you would like to know more about WWT’s Employability and Enterprise Project and how you can support them with your time, furniture or financially, visit their website here or ring them directly on 0207 0520425.
